Site Preparation: Our site preparation team (Account Manager, Project Manager and Project Lead) conducts an initial site visit and work with you to determine dock availability, access and staging areas.  At this meeting a customized action plan and a timeline is agreed upon.

Off-site Preparation: Our Project leader and team of technicians will assemble, load, configure and test all your hardware and software to guarantee delivery time and a successful installation.

Deployment and Installation: Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Project Leader and the technician team execute the agreed plan.

Project Wrap-up Meeting: After deployment and installation an on-site project wrap-up meeting is scheduled to discuss any issues that may have occurred and what can be done to make the next lifecycle experience even better.
